Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Front Desk Agent, working weekends to create memorable guest experiences from the moment they arrive. In this lively role, you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your energy and hospitality expertise will set the tone for a positive stay, making every guest feel valued and cared for. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems such as OPERA. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries promptly and accurately. Provide exceptional guest services by assisting with reservations, room assignments, and special requests. Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and emergency procedures to assist guests effectively. Respond swiftly to guest concerns or issues, resolving them with a positive attitude and professionalism. Support night audit procedures when required, ensuring accurate financial transactions and reporting. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards. Uphold hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times. Promote hospitality management principles by delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA is a plus. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems. Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices. Resort experience or hotel experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
