Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records using hotel management software. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively. Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing phone etiquette to ensure a positive guest experience. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Complete laundry Strip any rooms that checkout on your shift Complete any assignments assigned by management during your shift Experience Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance guest interactions.
