Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally. Handle data entry tasks with precision using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools. Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies to support daily operations. Support office management tasks including document proofreading, filing, and general clerical duties. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and communication skills. Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or front desk roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel (spreadsheets), and data entry software. Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new technical tools such as QuickBooks or other productivity software. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors. Strong customer service orientation with experience in client communication and phone communication best practices. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, filing procedures, and calendar management is preferred. Previous office experience involving clerical tasks, data entry, proofreading, or administrative support is advantageous.
