Compensation:
$13 - $15 hourly
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process. Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance. Handle payment transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and security at all times. Address and resolve guest concerns with empathy, ensuring a positive experience for every visitor. Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment. Stay informed about hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences. Assist in maintaining guest records and updating reservation systems accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or hospitality, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. Ability to communicate effectively and warmly, both in person and over the phone. Proven track record of handling payments accurately and maintaining confidentiality. Strong problem-solving skills to address guest concerns with empathy and efficiency. Ability to work collaboratively with team members to maintain a welcoming front desk environment. Experience in managing guest records and transactions for seamless service continuity. Ability to coordinate guest services, such as transportation and special requests, enhancing their stay.
