In this energetic role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring guests experience exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will create memorable stays for our diverse clientele, while efficiently managing reservations, guest inquiries, and hotel operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment dedicated to guest satisfaction. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience Manage reservations and room assignments using property management systems Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing, and payments while ensuring data security Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards Conduct night audits, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports during overnight shifts to ensure smooth daily operations Enforce hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to guarantee guest and staff safety at all times Communicate effectively via phone using proper phone etiquette with guests, vendors, and team members Foster guest relations by providing personalized service that exceeds expectations and encourages repeat visits Requirements Experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving capabilities Exceptional phone communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
