WHAT'S THE JOB?

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Weatherford, Texas ! You'll be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to guests from check-in to check-out. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As a Front Desk Agent, you will need: A positive, guest-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Proficiency in using computers and basic office software. Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus but not required. Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory—training is provided.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Welcome and check in guests, ensuring all their needs are met with True Hospitality. Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and amenities. Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Process check-outs and manage guest billing with accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
