Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through their experience with enthusiasm and professionalism Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and address concerns with patience and clarity Oversee guest services including check-in/check-out procedures, providing information about amenities and schedules Assist with cash handling duties during ticketing, merchandise sales, or food service transactions Maintain safety standards by monitoring guest behavior and enforcing facility rules Support special programs involving children, families, or groups to enhance overall guest satisfaction Maintain a clean and safe work environment Skills Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate situations effectively Outstanding customer service abilities with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience in guest services, including registration, information dissemination, and problem resolution Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems Ability to work well with children and engage audiences through public speaking or theater skills Background in food service or hospitality environments is a plus Knowledge of resort operations or entertainment venues enhances your effectiveness in this role Join us as a Guest Experience Specialist to bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to every visitor's journey.
