From $15.50 per hour Job description: Hampton Inn Lehi - Thanksgiving Point is looking to hire a front desk associate. Join us in proving the best possible guest experience from check-in to check-out, while working in a safe and friendly environment where you are truly part of a team! Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure the completion of various guest requests Check guests in and out of the hotel Create and manage reservations Ensure timely payments from guests Advise guests about hotel amenities Respond to questions about the various features in the area (dining, entertainment, etc.) Provide solutions to problems guests may be experiencing Discounts on hotel stays available
