Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent Holiday Inn Expresss & Suites Orem - 3.3 Orem, UT Job Details Part-time $15 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Guest reservation booking Sales transaction processing Night audit Greeting customers Cash register operations Full Job Description We are looking for a night auditor to work 4 nights a week. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday! The night audit shift is from 11:00 pm to 7:00am. The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent, you'll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You'll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
Job Duties:
Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner recognizing IHG One Rewards Members and also returning guests Check guests in, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location Ensure required identification is taken from guests at check-in in line with local legislative requirements Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner Process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns Check guests out, including resolving any late or disputed charges Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions using established procedures Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up Take action to solve guest problems/complaints using appropriate service recovery guidelines May routinely book guest reservations for individuals and/or groups that are requested either by phone or from within the hotel; process cancellations, revisions, and information updates on changes Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service
