Job Description

We are looking for people that have a passion to serve others! Working at the front desk means you are at the hub of the hotel with the most interaction with our guests. Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations in computer system, verifying guest identity, requesting payment, assigning room, and issuing room key in accordance with property policies and procedures. Respond to and resolve guest requests, including wake-up calls. Run daily reports (arrivals/departures), identify special requests, and check reports for accuracy. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Count and secure bank deposits.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
  • Friendly and personable attitude is a must
  • Must have schedule flexibility - our ideal candidate will be able to work morning shift some days and evening shift some days throughout any given week.
  • Intermediate computer skills, basic math/cashier skills, key card locking system skills needed.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent or a combination of education and experience. Previous hotel and/or front desk/receptionist experience preferred. Familiarity with PEP property management system is a strong plus .
