This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new hotel from day one and help create memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude. Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel management system. Answer phone calls, make reservations, and respond to guest inquiries. Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards. Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer and cash-handling skills. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
