The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. This role involves managing front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Assist guests with inquiries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or a related field is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Familiarity with resort operations is a plus, along with knowledge of hospitality best practices.
