Doing:
As a Front Desk Agent, you're the first and last impression for our guests. You'll handle check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, and help keep things running smoothly throughout your shift. A big part of the role is making guests feel taken care of and giving them a reason to come back.
Day-to-Day Looks Like:
Reviewing arrivals, noting special requests, and assigning rooms Checking guests in and out in a friendly, confident way Answering phone calls quickly and giving clear, accurate info Following key control and credit policies Logging and turning in lost & found items properly Staying familiar with fire and emergency procedures Keeping an eye on room availability during your shift Communicating with other departments by phone or radio as needed
What You Bring:
Experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is helpful, but not required High school diploma or GED Good knowledge of the local area—restaurants, attractions, events Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Ability to stay calm and organized during busy check-in/check-out times Comfortable working with hotel systems and entering information accurately Differences make a difference.
