We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and guest relations, ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Operate phone systems and manage reservations
• Perform night audit duties as needed
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
• Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus
• Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management software
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
