Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our property, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient operations, and professional communication. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels valued and comfortable from check-in to check-out. This position offers a flexible schedule perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality management and guest relations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the property Manage guest check-in and check-out processes using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Assist guests with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and inquiries using hospitality reservation systems Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, utilizing customer service problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing details while adhering to hotel emergency procedures Requirements Proven experience in guest services. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms is desirable but we will train the right candidate. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving capabilities Understanding of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest security at all times Ability to handle night audit responsibilities as needed in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor in all interactions Previous resort experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in dynamic hospitality settings Join us as a Part-Time Front Desk Agent and become an integral part of creating memorable experiences for our guests!
