• We are looking for someone who can work 2nd shifts mainly and help out on 1st shift when needed. Cover the day in the schedule that we need and open to work weekends. We need someone who is confident and friendly to help our guests. The more open you availability is the more interested we would be in you
• 2 to 4 shift a week that can work up to 32 hours or more
• Open to work weekend which is our busiest times and need the most help
• Must be able to work 2nd shift and cover 1st when needed, hotels are 24 hour business and thing change fast and we need to adjust with staffing
• Open availability and a positive attitude with great customer service focus for our guests is what were looking for in a good candidate to hire
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
• Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction ```Requirements```
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk operations
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
