Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Manage reservations and ensure accurate data entry in the reservations system. Operate a point of sale machine. Cash handling. Assist with guest relations and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
