Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent! In this energetic role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. During your night shift, you will oversee the smooth operation of the front desk, perform detailed night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will contribute to creating memorable stays and maintaining our high standards of guest satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management skills while working in a lively, guest-focused environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and efficient check-in experience using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and effectively Conduct nightly audits by reviewing reservations, billing, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness Maintain security protocols during overnight hours by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and managing access control for guests and staff Handle multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, providing information about hotel services and local attractions Assist with emergency procedures related to hotel safety, including guest evacuation plans and incident reporting Document shift activities through detailed reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; prior resort or hotel experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse guests effectively Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professional phone etiquette Previous night audit experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences! Pay:
