The Front Office Receptionist serves as one of the first points of contact for our members and guests and plays an important role in creating a warm, professional, and memorable club experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and thrives in a professional hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet members, guests, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to member inquiries Assist members with questions, reservations, club information, and general requests Maintain a polished and organized front office and reception area Communicate effectively with departments throughout the Club to assist members and guests Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, correspondence, and other front office duties Maintain a strong knowledge of Club operations, amenities, events, and daily activities Handle member information and Club business with professionalism and discretion Anticipate member needs and look for opportunities to provide personalized service

Milwaukee Country Club is seeking to expand its team. Founded in 1894, Milwaukee Country Club is Milwaukee's premier private, member-owned club. In 1911, the Club relocated to its picturesque 200-acre setting in River Hills, Wisconsin. The 18-hole course, designed by Harry Colt and Charles Alison, opened in 1929 and is consistently ranked among Golf Digest's 100 Greatest Golf Courses in America. Today, the Club serves approximately 470 members and offers an exceptional range of amenities, including practice facilities, overnight guest accommodations, tennis, pickleball and platform courts, croquet courts, an outdoor pool, winter recreation, and comprehensive junior programs. The stately 60,000-square-foot clubhouse features multiple dining venues and operates year-round, with the exception of March.
