Front Desk Agent

We are currently looking to fill the position of Front Desk Agent. This position is full time. Might be able to work out part time shifts for right candidate. The shift times vary. Looking to hire individuals who are customer oriented and dependable. Responsibilities Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts Perform light housekeeping duties as needed Skills Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry An eye for detail Good problem-solving skills Strong customer service skills The ability to multitask Strong written and verbal communication skills Availability to work overnight
