The Jackson Southtown Experience breathtaking hotels in Jackson Wyoming like never before. Located near Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park, our newly renovated extended-stay hotel puts you in the heart of it all, offering modern comfort and convenience. About the role Front desk associates are considered to be the face the hotel. The position is expected to provide a welcoming, friendly and efficient check-in and check-out process for our hotel guests. Relaying important information about the hotel and surrounding area to hotel guests will be an essential function of the role. Front desk associates are required to learn the property operating system and be able to utilize various functions of the system as it pertains to the role of the front desk. Other general administrative duties of the front desk associate include creating reservations, organizing/filing, faxing, cleaning, assisting with breakfast when needed. What you'll do Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly Maintain a clean and organized reception area Create and manager reservations Provide essential information about services, location, or hours Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents Ensure security procedures are followed Learn about hotel operations in a fun, fast-paced setting Assist with general hotel functions as needed Qualifications At least 1-2 years customer service. College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
