  • Expectation of excellent leadership skills Overseeing all training, Disciplinary and coaching, scheduling, and team progress.
Assisting the General Manager with all action items, guest scores, team morale, sales, and any additional items needed. Looking for someone who is ready to learn, take action, and giving their full effort; while working to progress in the company. Must have fantastic guest relation skills, quickness to respond and resolve issues under pressure, and able to make smart and strategic decisions when necessary. Will assist in interviewing, hiring, and termination processes. Overseeing all staff and ensuring all brand standards and company policies are being upheld. Required to be available 24/7 on call. Shifts will vary depending on what is best suited to the hotel, a lack of staff or shifts needing covered. Excellent communication Skills are necessary All Management is to remain unbiased and indifferent in all scenarios and situations that may arise. Assist guest in any needs or requests they have.
  • Knowledge of the front desk operating system or willing to train. Manage and assist staff.
  • Greeting guest in a friendly and professional manner.
  • May be required to stand for long periods of time while monitoring your work area.
  • You will be self-empowered to resolve Guest issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Property walks as needed. Experience
  • Hotel customer service experience is required.
  • Ability to manage guest and staff in every situation including complaints in a calm and professional manner
  • Communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
  • Bilingual or Multilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours and days, including weekends and holidays
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced work environment, alone and with others.
  • Additional hotel experience is a plus.

Must have reliable transportation. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or similar degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Hotel operations experience to include knowledge of all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, and requirements of federal, state, and municipal authority Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Service Willing to work on weekends and holidays. Willing to do heavy lifting. Must be willing to go under background check

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Working in a hotel, you must be comfortable working with other individuals in a shared opened space. No set deadlines, as duties and tasks can change daily. You must be able to prioritize your day based on the tasks provided and open to changes or additions to your job each day. Must be able to work well with others. Remaining customer friendly and professional throughout your work day. Hours and scheduling will vary from week-to-week basis.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The duties required while performing this job are the ability to see, hear, reach, stand, stoop, bend, and crouch up to 8 hours on a daily basis. Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. During your daily shift you will be required to stand, move, walk, bend and stoop regularly.
