In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home. Requirements:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in Luxury Property Management as a Leasing Manager, Assistant Community Manager, or similar title. Intermediate to advanced understanding of general accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting. Demonstrated coaching and development ability. Associate's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel. Excellent communication skills and professional presence. Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable A basic understanding of written and verbal English In This Role You Will Manage various community specific accounting activity, such as daily bank deposits, record collection activity, daily input of rental payments, weekly reports, monthly financials, ensuring apartment homes are ready for move in. Ensure all proper legal documents are processed and properly served to the resident(s). Assist in lease transactions by preparing leases, gathering applicant's history, credit approvals, proofreading all lease paperwork, processing move-ins and move-outs and cancellations, preparing resident lease renewal letters and lease renewal paperwork. Respond promptly to concerns, questions, and requests while taking appropriate action to enhance resident satisfaction and retention. Knowledgably respond to inquiries about the community, repairs, rent, and policies. Contribute to community cleanliness and curb appeal on an ongoing basis. Assist in planning and participating in resident functions as directed by Community Manager. Assist with all leasing responsibilities as needed.
