Candidates must have a flexible schedule to work the morning or evening shifts, weekends required. We are searching for a full time candidate to fill the Maintenance Supervisor position. We are a 20-story high rise building in the heart of Downtown Phoenix, with a total of 320 guestrooms and over 7000 sq ft of meeting space. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the operation, maintenance, service and repair of equipment as assigned in order to maintain the hotel property. The Supervisor is also expected in assisting the staff with projects, preventative maintenance, and providing the support to the team as needed. The Maintenance Supervisor is expected to actively develop excellent service skills in dealing with clients, guests and co-workers.
