Job Description
Live-In Hotel General Manager
- Carlyle Hotel Campbell, California | Full-time | On-site Carlyle Hotel, part of Otter Hospitality Group, is seeking an experienced hotel leader to live on site and manage daily operations.
- Lead and develop the front-desk and housekeeping teams; plan schedules and coverage.
- Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and accurate timekeeping with ownership.
- Maintain room readiness, cleanliness, maintenance follow-through, and guest-service standards.
- Resolve guest concerns and coordinate defined emergency coverage.
- Review operating results, control purchasing and labor costs, and execute owner-approved pricing and revenue plans.
- Keep ownership informed through concise reporting and prompt escalation of operational issues.
