Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team at our hotel property. In this vital role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure outstanding guest service, and maintain smooth communication between departments. Your leadership will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee reservation management using Opera Cloud Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in, check-out, and guest services Work shifts and have administrative days / duties Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and manage conflict with professionalism Guest reviews, OTA reconciliations, posting audits, research Input and manage groups Assist with training new team members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and administrative tasks Experience with hospitality reservation systems, POS systems, and hotel management software Knowledge of credit card payment processing, financial record maintenance, and cash handling procedures First aid and CPR certification to ensure safety in emergency situations Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 40lbs when necessary for supplies or equipment Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and conflict management Two plus years Hospitality or hotel experience Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Front Desk Supervisor and be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering memorable guest experiences!
