Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented PM Supervisor - Front Desk Agent to lead our front desk operations during evening and night shifts. In this pivotal role, you will oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain smooth hotel operations. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment for guests while managing administrative tasks with precision. Responsibilities Supervise front desk activities during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Deliver outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing personalized assistance to enhance guest satisfaction. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication skills. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve operational issues swiftly. Conduct night audit procedures, reconcile daily financial transactions, and prepare reports accurately for management review. Enforce hotel emergency procedures, ensuring safety protocols are followed during incidents or emergencies. Lead and motivate front desk staff, fostering a team environment focused on hospitality excellence and guest relations. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk supervisory operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience. Strong knowledge of hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or comparable property management systems (PMS). Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and guest relations best practices. Excellent phone communication skills, including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism.
