Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our hotel operations. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations in accordance with corporate policies and brand standards Ensure full compliance with brand requirements, including quality assurance audits, inspections, and service standards Drive revenue growth and profitability while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies aligned with brand initiatives Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; analyze performance and implement corrective actions as needed Partner with ownership and corporate teams (accounting, human resources, procurement) to ensure operational alignment Oversee all sales activities, participate in strategy meetings, and actively pursue new business opportunities Recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate department heads and team members in compliance with company policies and applicable laws Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as safety and risk management standards Maintain regular communication with ownership regarding hotel performance and strategic direction
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of General Manager or senior hotel leadership experience in a branded hotel environment required Strong knowledge of brand standards, systems, and quality assurance processes Proven ability to drive financial results and manage budgets effectively Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with hotel management systems (PMS), revenue management, and reporting tools
Pay:
From $120,000.00 per year
