This pivotal role requires a passionate leader with a strong background in hospitality management, team supervision, financial oversight, and customer service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent managerial communication skills, and possess multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations. As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining high standards of guest services, and fostering a positive team culture that aligns with our hospitality standards. Duties Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences Supervise and manage hospitality teams across departments, providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to foster a motivated workforce Implement and monitor hotel management systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation platforms to optimize booking efficiency and guest data accuracy Manage hospitality operations budgets by controlling expenses, analyzing financial reports, and executing revenue management strategies to maximize profitability Ensure compliance with hotel guest service standards, human resources policies, safety protocols, and legal regulations across all departments Lead guest relations efforts by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and maintaining high levels of customer service excellence Coordinate with night audit teams to ensure accurate financial reconciliation and reporting at the end of each shift Develop strategic plans for property improvements, marketing initiatives, and operational efficiencies to enhance overall hotel performance Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising experience in fast-paced environments Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), property management software, and hospitality reservation systems Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage hospitality teams effectively while fostering teamwork and accountability Financial management experience including budgeting, revenue management, and controlling operational costs Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse guest demographics effectively Exceptional managerial communication skills for clear directives and team motivation Background in human resources practices related to hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations Demonstrated ability to uphold hotel guest service standards while managing multiple priorities simultaneously Experience working within resort environments or similar hospitality settings is highly desirable Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, front desk operations including night audit procedures Join us as our Hotel General Manager to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences while driving operational success.
