Full-Time Job Description Hilton San Jose is seeking an experienced and service-focused Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and help ensure a positive guest experience. This role supports front office, housekeeping, guest services, and other operational teams while maintaining service, safety, and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations and coordinate activities across departments. Support front desk, guest services, housekeeping, and other operational teams. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to service concerns professionally. Train, coach, and support hotel team members. Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily operational planning. Monitor operational procedures and service standards. Review department performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Help ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards. Coordinate with management to resolve operational issues. Requirements Previous hotel or hospitality management experience preferred. Strong leadership and customer-service skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Familiarity with hotel operations and guest-service standards.
