Marriott San Marcos Position Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to support and lead our front desk team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership abilities, excellent guest service skills, and a desire to help guide and grow the department. Marriott experience is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily leadership, coaching, and support to front desk associates. Ensure smooth, efficient front desk operations across all shifts. Lead monthly front desk team meetings. Review and approve scheduling, shift coverage, and team time-off requests. Assist in training and onboarding new employees to ensure brand and company standards are met. Handle escalated guest issues with professionalism and care. Utilize system platforms accurately; Marriott experience preferred . Support the GM/AGM with operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous front desk or hotel supervisory experience required. Marriott experience preferred but not required. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Open availability, including weekends and holidays. Reliable, team-focused, and committed to delivering excellent guest service
