In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of hotel management, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance. Your leadership will inspire teams, uphold service standards, and drive strategic initiatives to position the hotel as a premier destination. The ideal candidate is multilingual or bilingual, possesses extensive hospitality management experience, and demonstrates a proven track record in supervising teams and managing budgets within a fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the guest journey while fostering a vibrant and efficient workplace. Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments Lead and supervise hospitality teams to deliver outstanding customer service aligned with hotel standards Manage hospitality operations budgets, ensuring financial targets are met through effective revenue management and cost control strategies Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to optimize booking processes and guest experiences Implement and uphold hotel guest service standards to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty Coordinate human resources activities such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives Maintain strong guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable stays for all visitors Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and optimizing occupancy rates Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations while maintaining a secure environment for guests and staff Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective managerial communication and leadership across all departments Experience Extensive experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a proven record of supervising hospitality teams in a fast-paced setting Strong background in overseeing daily hotel functions including front desk operations, guest services, housekeeping, and food & beverage services Demonstrated expertise in revenue management, budgeting, financial operations, and property management systems (PMS) Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests and staff Proven leadership skills with experience managing human resources functions such as staffing, training, performance reviews, and team motivation Excellent customer service skills combined with strong managerial communication abilities to lead teams effectively Knowledge of hospitality reservation systems and multi-line phone systems along with phone etiquette for professional guest interactions Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
