Responsibilities Team Leadership:

Assign daily work orders, schedule staff shifts, and train maintenance technicians.

Facility Maintenance:

Oversee repairs for heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment.

Preventative Programs:
