Job Description

Description As a Front Desk Supervisor, you guide a high-performing team while driving service excellence and operational consistency—creating memorable guest experiences and building a strong path for career growth.
Responsibilities:
Oversee front desk operations and ensure excellent guest service. Train, support, and schedule team members. Manage check-in/out, reservations, room blocks, and guest requests. Monitor room availability and support revenue and inventory controls. Handle guest communications, concerns, and service recovery. Process payments, balance cash, and complete daily financial tasks. Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby environment. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; hospitality or leadership experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Basic computer skills and ability to manage financial transactions. Professional, reliable, and service-focused. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
