Job Description

Summary The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and experienced Beach Club Guest Relations Supervisor to join our team at Beach Club, BC. As the Guest Relations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay. You will be the main point of contact for guests, providing them with information about the resort, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns they may have. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay at our resort. Essential Functions Job duties include, although are not limited to: Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome Provide guests with information about the resort, including amenities, services, and activities Address guest concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times Internal Relationships Reports to Director of Guest Relations External Relationships Has regular contact with Guests & Members Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills Education/Experience Requirements High school graduate or equivalent required. College degree preferred. Physical Requirements Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
