Job Requirements:
College degree in Hotel Administration or similar preferred. Minimum of five years of Food & Beverage and Hotel experience. Have previous management in a property of similar size and nature; must have Food & Beverage product and equipment knowledge. Ability to speak, read, and understand English. Ability to speak, read, and understand English. Ability to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings.
Job Responsibilities :
The purpose of the Food Outlet Manager is to oversee, control and administer all Food & Beverage outlets, maintain and exceed company standards in each outlet. Understand and apply all hotel safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees and guests at all times. In the event of an accident, get medical attention if necessary and contact GM or MOD. Responsible for making sure a Worker's Comp or General Liability claim is filed within 24 hours. Maintain an organized and efficient Food & Beverage Department. Determine , communicate and monitor achievement standards and standards of performance on a timely basis. Work in a fast paced and customer service-oriented environment; perform duties under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner . Help oversee the operation of all food and beverage operations and kitchens.
