Required Skills & Experience:

Proven ability to lead daily hotel operations in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment with direct experience supporting Front Office, breakfast service, guest services, and meeting services. Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, motivate, train, hold Associates accountable, and create a positive service culture. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with guests, Associates, vendors, and hotel leadership. Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and service recovery skills, including the ability to respond quickly and effectively to guest concerns. Ability to manage schedules, labor needs, daily assignments, payroll deadlines, occupancy changes, and competing operational priorities. Working knowledge of hotel brand standards, guest satisfaction metrics, safety and security procedures, food safety expectations, cleanliness standards, and sanitation requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and the ability to learn and use hotel property management systems (e.g. PEP), reporting tools, scheduling systems, and communication platforms. Ability to collaborate effectively with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, Finance, People & Culture, and hotel leadership to support operational excellence and a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of hotel operations experience required; previous supervisory or leadership experience in Guest Services, Front Office, Rooms, Food & Beverage, or related hotel operations preferred. High school diploma or GED required; degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Thorough understanding of hotel Front Office operations, complimentary breakfast service, meeting services support, guest service standards, and Hilton brand expectations. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and Manager-on-Duty shifts based on business needs. Ready to lead the way?
