Job Description
Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager, with Experience in Marriott, to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive hospitality management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a vibrant resort environment, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences. Duties Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service quality and operational efficiency Oversee revenue management strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction Handle human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a welcoming environment Coordinate night audit procedures and oversee front desk operations including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette Develop marketing strategies to promote hotel amenities and services to attract new guests Implement guest service initiatives that enhance overall guest experience and satisfaction Requirements Proven supervisory experience in hospitality management or hotel operations Extensive hotel experience with a strong understanding of hospitality industry standards Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage diverse teams effectively Knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, and financial analysis within a hotel setting Experience with human resources functions including hiring, training, and performance management Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management software Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This position is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our resort hotel while delivering memorable experiences for our guests.
