Job Description
Company Description Pay Rate:

Front Desk Supervisor:
- Supervise, coach, train, and support Front Desk team members to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Oversee daily Front Desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, room assignments, and reservations.
- Assist guests by resolving questions, concerns, and service recovery situations in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare daily reports, review arrivals and departures, and monitor guest accounts and cash handling procedures.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other resort departments to ensure guest readiness, including VIP arrivals.
- Create Front Desk schedules and conduct team meetings to communicate operational updates and service expectations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, and quality service standards.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, recognition, and accountability as needed.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional Front Desk environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Front Desk Supervisor:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous Front Desk, hospitality, hotel, or resort experience required.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with hotel property management systems preferred.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and flexible schedules as needed.
- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
