In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold brand standards, and support financial goals through effective management of resources and guest relations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments Lead and manage hospitality teams, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of service Supervise guest services to ensure compliance with hotel guest service standards and resolve any guest concerns promptly and professionally Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management, cost control, and financial reporting to maximize profitability Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to optimize booking processes and guest data accuracy Oversee human resources functions such as staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and maintaining employee relations Implement effective managerial communication strategies across departments to promote teamwork and operational efficiency Monitor night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reconciliation at the end of each shift Maintain compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies while fostering a positive work environment Experience Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry, ideally in hotel management or similar roles Strong background in overseeing daily hotel operations with an emphasis on customer service excellence Experience managing hospitality operations budgets, revenue management strategies, and financial operations Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions and team communication Demonstrated leadership in managing hospitality teams, human resources functions, and guest relations Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and resolve guest issues effectively Prior experience in hotel experience or property management roles is preferred Join us as an Assistant General Manager where your leadership will elevate our guests' experience while fostering a vibrant team environment.
