We pride ourselves on offering top-tier amenities, pristine grounds, and a warm, welcoming community atmosphere. We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on RV Resort Park Manager to oversee daily operations, elevate our guest experience, and keep our beautiful property running smoothly. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) As the Park Manager, you are the face of the resort and the engine behind its success. Your responsibilities will span across three main areas: 1. Guest Services & Hospitality Provide an exceptional, welcoming experience for all arriving and departing guests. Manage reservations, check-ins, cancellations, and site assignments using our property management software. Resolve guest inquiries, requests, or complaints swiftly and professionally. 2. Operations & Maintenance Leadership Oversee the daily upkeep, cleanliness, and safety of the resort grounds, utility hookups, bathhouses, and recreational areas. Coordinate and perform light maintenance and troubleshooting (water, sewer, electrical, landscaping) as needed. Manage a small team of seasonal staff, work-ampers, and housekeeping personnel. 3. Business & Administration Handle park retail/camp store inventory, basic bookkeeping, and vendor management. Execute local marketing efforts and community events to maximize occupancy. Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations. What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
