Fairfield Inn Idaho Falls Riverfront 651 Pancheri Drive | Idaho Falls, Idaho Managed by InnTrusted, LLC
POSITION SUMMARY
InnTrusted is seeking an experienced, engaged, and results-driven General Manager to lead the Fairfield Inn Idaho Falls Riverfront. The General Manager is the leader of the hotel and is responsible for creating a culture of exceptional guest service, strong team engagement, operational excellence, financial accountability, and pride in the property. This position requires a hands-on leader who understands that successful hotel operations begin with the fundamentals: a clean and well-maintained property, friendly and capable team members, strong labor and expense controls, consistent execution of standards, and a commitment to taking care of our guests. The General Manager has overall responsibility for hotel performance and works closely with InnTrusted's Regional Operations, Sales, Revenue Management, Accounting, Human Resources, and ownership teams to establish goals and execute the strategy of the hotel. Coach and develop department leaders while helping team members grow professionally. Conduct regular leadership and departmental meetings to ensure communication and alignment. Maintain a strong presence throughout the hotel and remain actively involved in daily operations. Lead by example and demonstrate InnTrusted's Four C's in interactions with employees, guests, vendors, and community partners.
GUEST EXPERIENCE

The General Manager is responsible for the overall financial performance of the hotel and must understand how daily operational decisions affect profitability.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and manage the hotel's annual operating budget in partnership with InnTrusted leadership. Review monthly financial statements and understand revenue, departmental expenses, labor costs, cost per occupied room, and overall profitability. Monitor housekeeping productivity and labor performance on a regular basis. Ensure staffing is aligned with occupied rooms and actual workload. Ensure preventative deep-cleaning and room-care programs are consistently executed.
