Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily hotel operations, drive revenue growth, and foster a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Your leadership will set the tone for service excellence, operational efficiency, and team motivation. Duties Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services to ensure seamless operations. Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue management opportunities while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated and professional team. Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability and operational efficiency. Enhance guest relations by ensuring exceptional customer service, addressing complaints promptly, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Coordinate night audit procedures and oversee front desk operations including multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest check-in/check-out processes. Maintain compliance with hospitality regulations and safety standards while promoting a positive work environment rooted in leadership and teamwork. Requirements Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel or resort management roles. Strong background in hospitality management with expertise in revenue management, guest services, and hotel operations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Experience with human resources functions such as staffing, training, and conflict resolution. Knowledge of budgeting processes, financial analysis, and cost control strategies. Familiarity with hotel management systems, front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems. Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette to enhance guest relations. Hospitality experience in resort settings is preferred to understand the nuances of guest expectations at premium properties. $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
