Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our Guest Services operations. This position offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive efficiency across various departments. Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for Guest Services projects, ensuring requests are well-defined and actionable. Implement and refine intake processes to boost clarity and efficiency. Develop frameworks for evaluating project size and return on investment to aid decision-making. Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure alignment and commitment to project priorities. Maintain a comprehensive roadmap to track project priorities and statuses. Monitor project progress, address obstacles, and ensure smooth execution of initiatives. Skills Over six years of experience in program management within customer support or service operations. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in developing operational models and frameworks from scratch. Strong organizational and communication skills, focusing on visibility and accountability. Preferred Skills Experience with AI, automation, or digital support initiatives. Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations and foster collaboration across diverse teams. Strong analytical skills to support prioritization and decision-making processes.
