As the first point of contact for guests, the Front Desk Supervisor plays a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. You will be responsible for check-in/out procedures, guest requests, reservations, and general front office operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee front desk and shuttle drivers. Observe and encourage improvement in service levels. Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Perform check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately. Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Answer phones and direct calls appropriately. Provide guests with hotel information and concierge services. Resolve guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Accurately post charges and manage cash, credit card, and billing transactions. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Follow all Hilton brand standards and safety/security procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous front desk or customer service experience in a hotel required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with computers; experience with Hilton's PEP PMS is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Professional appearance and demeanor.
