Responsibilities Supervise all front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and billing procedures using property management systems (PMS) like OPERA or equivalent. Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. Manage guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive experience that encourages repeat visits. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure seamless operations across departments. Oversee night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management review. Implement hotel emergency procedures effectively during incidents or safety concerns to protect guests and staff. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while adhering to privacy policies. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel front desk operations, or related roles with a focus on customer service excellence. Strong knowledge of hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS). Multilingual or bilingual skills highly preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Excellent communication skills via phone and in person; proficient in phone etiquette and professional client communication. Ability to handle customer service problem-solving efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and guest relations best practices. Previous resort experience or working within a hospitality environment that emphasizes guest services is advantageous.
