Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk or Front Desk Supervisor, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energized role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate will have 3pm - 11pm and weekend availability. The Front Desk Supervisor is a full time position and must have at least 2 years of hotel front desk experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, offering information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services with clear communication and hospitality expertise. Process guest requests, complaints, and issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset. Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety during incidents or emergencies. Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing information to support seamless operations. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving abilities. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Pay:
$16.00 - $21.00 per hour
