Job Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Guest Room Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. In this role, you'll lead a team of housekeeping staff, ensure cleanliness standards are met, and help create a memorable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms and public areas. Train, schedule, and motivate housekeeping staff including room attendants, laundry attendants, and facilities staff. Conduct regular room and public area inspections to ensure brand standards are met. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and manage costs effectively. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Enforce safety, security, and key control protocols. Maintain lost-and-found records and processes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred. Strong understanding of floor care, cleaning products, and sanitation standards. Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. Bilingual skills a plus.
