Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Resort Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of ourCape Cod resort operations. This pivotal role involves managing daily hotel functions, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational management experience, and a passion for creating memorable stays for our guests. As Resort Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, supervising staff and optimizing revenue streams to ensure the resort's success and growth. Duties Oversee the daily operations of this 35 unit Cape Cod resort, including office, housekeeping, and general maintenance Lead, motivate, and manage our experienced team to deliver outstanding guest experiences Manage property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to maximize occupancy and revenue Supervise financial operations including budgeting, revenue management, and controlling costs to meet financial targets Ensure compliance with hotel guest service standards, health and safety regulations, and property policies Handle guest relations proactively by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Oversee management functions such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and team development Implement property management strategies that enhance operational efficiency and guest experience Collaborate with leadership team to promote the resort's offerings and increase bookings Skills Proven supervisory experience within hospitality or resort environments with strong team management skills Experiencec in hotel management practices, including revenue management and financial operations Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and hotel guest service standards Exceptional leadership qualities with excellent managerial communication skills Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution Experience overseeing hospitality operations budgets and managing finances Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences in a resort setting with a focus on excellence in hospitality standards Join us in creating extraordinary experiences for our guests while leading a dedicated team in a vibrant resort environment.
