In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations at the front desk, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate with various departments to deliver seamless service. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment, uphold hotel standards, and ensure efficient handling of guest inquiries and requests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills while creating memorable stays for our guests. Responsibilities Supervise the front desk team, providing training, guidance, and support to uphold excellent customer service standards. Manage guest reservations using PEP hotel management systems Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with promptness and professionalism, resolving issues through effective customer service problem-solving. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly. Conduct night audits and reconcile daily financial transactions to maintain accurate records. Enforce hotel policies and emergency procedures to ensure safety and compliance at all times. Utilize multi-line phone systems to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and external vendors while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Support guest relations initiatives to enhance overall satisfaction and foster loyalty. Maintain detailed documentation of incidents or special situations and communicate relevant information to management. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with familiarity in hotel management software such as OPERA or similar PMS platforms. Strong customer service skills combined with exceptional problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns efficiently. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective client communication across diverse guest populations. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and property management systems (PMS). Excellent communication skills for phone conversations, multi-line phone system operation, and client interactions. Experience in resort or hotel environments is preferred for understanding the nuances of hospitality service delivery. Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest relations.
